Is-sinjal għal BAĦĦAR B’DGĦAJSA għandu żewġ partijiet. L-ewwel isir is-sinjal għal dgħajsa b’id waħda forma ta’ 5 magħluqa bil-pala tħares ’il barra waqt li l-id l-oħra tieħu l-forma ta’ 5 magħluqa bil-pala tħares lejn il-ġenb u tmiss il-polz tal-id il-wieqfa livell mar-ras. L-idejn jimxu flimkiem ’il quddiem. Imbagħad isir is-sinjal għal QADEF. L-idejn jieħdu l-forma ta’ ponn laxk bil-pala tħares ’l isfel qrib xulxin u jinġibdu lura u ’l quddiem xi darbtejn quddiem is-sider.

The sign for SAILING has two parts. First, the sign for BOAT is made with one hand in the shape of closed 5 with the palm facing outwards whilst the other hand takes the shape of closed 5 with the palm facing the side and touching the wrist of the other hand at head level. The hands move forward together. Then the sign for ROWING is made. The hands take the shape of a loose fist with palm facing downwards close to each other. They are pulled backwards and forwards twice or more at chest level.
